Accurate hardness measurement using the correct laboratory method is the starting point for water management. We provide free laboratory measurement method support to all facilities where we install softening systems.
'TURNKEY' EFFICIENT WATER SOFTENING SYSTEMS
With Koralay Makina's new generation
of high-efficiency water softening systems, we can reduce the salt consumed by the
softener by half (or even more). We can also reduce the water consumed (lost) by the
softener during its regeneration process by at least 50% (we have a reference
showing 85% water savings).
EXAMPLE: An avarage factory uses 325,000m3 of raw water
(25Fr hard water) to produce 286,000m3 of soft water annually, resulting in a water
loss of 39,000m3 annually. Switching to our efficient softening system will reduce
the water loss by 2%, or 5,800m3. The water savings will be proportional to 85%,
amounting to 33,200m3/year.
'TURNKEY' NATURAL GAS ENGINE COGENERATION SYSTEMS
Using Botaş's current COMPOSITE tariff for
December 2020 for the natural gas consumed by the engine, taking into account the average
electricity cost within the Organized Industrial Zone, and using the steam and hot water
costs of a factory with a 90% efficient steam boiler, the entire system can amortize its
investment within two years.
As of December 2020, cogeneration projects have been included in the VAP incentive project.
Note: The above depreciation calculation includes 100% of the engine's non-gas operating
expenses. These expenses include:

'TURNKEY' SOLAR ENERGY WITH ROOFTOP ELECTRICITY GENERATION
By placing photovoltaic solar panels on the roof of your factory, we can generate all your internal consumption with solar energy, not exceeding the electricity contract power. According to the new regulation issued in May 2019, monthly offsetting was introduced for rooftop solar power systems. This eliminates the need for a battery-like electrical storage unit. All electricity produced from the sun is deducted from your direct consumption bill.
'TURNKEY' SOLAR ENERGY WITH ROOFTOP ELECTRICITY GENERATION
